Education Programs

Families and children will have fascinating wildlife adventures this summer through programs that are both educational and FUN at Zoo Boise!  Each program features a variety of activities that include animal close-up encounters, hands-on activities, in-depth investigations, games, art projects, perhaps creating a diet or enrichment treat for a zoo animal, and participating in wildlife conservation.

Registration
  • Registration begins April 18 for Boise City Residents and April 25 for all others.
  • To register, contact Fort Boise Community Center at 608-7680 or register online at the City of Boise Parks and Recreation Activities page.
  • Registration for Zoo Boise and Boise Art Museum collaboration programs takes place at Boise Art Museum. See program description for more details.
  • Friends of Zoo Boise Annual Passholders can receive the discounted rate through phone-in or walk-in registration only.
